Our Process
Our plant and machinery is able to process 8 tons of e-waste
in an hour / 6 tons of non ferrous metal waste in an hour.
The processing of the scrapped materials are achieved by breaking
down the components into the basic raw materials , these basic raw
materials are then separated by means of magnetic composition as
well as air separation techniques which rely purely on air input.
Our processing completely destroys all data as well as the component
with regard to e waste. And with regard to the non ferrous components
the parts are also completely destroyed.
The process enables us to recycle all the recyclable materials that
are evident in the various complex items we receive from our customers.
No chemical or burning techniques are applied throughout our processes,
thus eliminating any omissions into the environment.
Our processing techniques avail our customers both peace of
mind and satisfaction in the sense that:
- There is absolute destruction of all data and products.
- The materials are fully recycled and will not resurface
into the market.
- Our suppliers enable us to contribute to the Social Responsibility
programs we have initiated. (We are happy to acknowledge the support
and give the deserved credit our suppliers are due.)
